The value of the deal, which closed on 8 October, remains confidential.
Cepas becomes Bacardi’s exclusive distributor and co-packer of Bacardi’s products in Chile and Uruguay. It also acquires all capital stock held by the Chilean and Uruguayan branches of the spirit manufacturer, as well as manufacturing facilities and operations in Santiago and Montevideo.
