As informed in our news alert dated April 27^th, 2023, and according to Law No. 21,578, as of July 1^st, 2024, the minimum monthly income for employees over 18 years old and up to 65 years old is $500,000. Thus, this is the amount to be considered in the remuneration processes from July for the purposes of the payment of the minimum monthly income and the calculation of the profit-sharing (if the latter is paid on a monthly basis).
