The latest version of the Circulation Permits Instructive, issued by the Ministry of Economy, was published on April 17th, 2020. This instructive regulates circulation in areas subject to sanitary measures, outside curfew hours.

Among the new matters introduced by this update, is further detail regarding authorizations required for crossing “sanitary borders”.
