This practice integrates services from different areas of the firm, such as regulatory / administrative, tax, labor -including collective bargaining-, construction, legal proceedings, corporate, and others, providing comprehensive solutions to its clients.
In particular, Carey has advised clients on the obtention of official recognition by the State of Chile, on construction contracts for new school infrastructure, trademark registrations, financing for educational centers and claims before the Superintendence of Education, among others.
The team also has experience in the preparation of projects under the Law of Donations for Educational Purposes and the Law of Donations for Social Purposes.
