His practice focuses on the development of real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and construction projects, including urban matters, land use, building permits, review of titles, sales, promises, leases, among other matters of civil law, and litigation derived from them.


REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Escondida, a mine project operated by BHP Billiton, on the bidding processes and negotiation of EPCM contracts with five bidders to develop infrastructure leaching and concentrator projects.
  • Antofagasta Minerals on the preparation, negotiation and project management of several work packages for Centinela project's expansion, including EPC and PM contracts, as well as procurement agreements.
  • Cermaq Chile on the preparation and negotiation of engineering, construction and services contracts for the development of Piscicultura Canal de Chacao, a salmon plant under a recirculating aquaculture system in the Los Lagos Region, whose production is estimated at 14 million smolts per year.
