REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Alfanar Energía on the association with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, as a majority shareholder, and Inversiones Albatros, as a minority shareholder, for the joint development, through the local company Llaquedona Green Hydrogen, of a green hydrogen production project in Tierra del Fuego Island, Magallanes, with an envisaged annual production of 1,000 kTon of green ammonia. The project includes a 2GW wind farm and an electrolysis and desalination plant.
• Frutura, a US-based global sales and marketing network for fresh fruit, on the acquisition of Giddings Fruit, a leading global supplier of berries and cherries with operations in Chile, Mexico, Peru and the US.
• Tikuna, a local developer of renewable energy, on the sale of its project platform Edmond to NextEnergy Capital, an investment fund focused on renewables, including the negotiation of EPC contracts and agreements as well as drafting of the transaction documents, among others.
• Various global renewable energy companies on the acquisition of photovoltaic energy projects, and the execution of joint development agreements, including the due diligence, the negotiation and draft of the transaction documents, the structuring of the financing and the investment, among others.
