Latin Lawyer Carey and Linklaters have helped Chilean wood manufacturer Masisa in a US$150 million credit agreement.
Lenders Banco Itaú, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, Rabobank, Scotiabank Chile and The Bank of Nova Scotia, which acted as administrative agent, were advised by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner.
Masisa’s Argentine branch acted as guarantor and was advised by Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in the transaction, which closed on 9 December.
