Carey and Hernández obtain BCP loan for Carozzi unit

Hernández & Cía Abogados has helped Molitalia, the Peruvian arm of one of Chile’s largest food producers, obtain a US$35.2 million loan from Banco de Crédito del Perú.
Chile's Carey advised Banco de Crédito del Perú for the midterm loan, which closed on 9 May. The deal is backed by a guarantee from Molitalia's parent company, Carozzi.
